Assumption of Risk: Campers acknowledge the inherent risks of camping, including potential injuries or property damage.
Release of Liability: Campers agree to release the campground and its affiliates from any claims related to accidents,  injuries, and damages that may occur.
Indemnification: Campers agree to indemnify the campground against any claims made by third parties due to their actions.
